A selection of my work: the challenge, the approach and the result.

Client project

International company – strategic and organizational change

At a multinational company in a strictly regulated industry, the sales strategy of the product portfolio changed, bringing a new product development direction and, with it, a shift in organizational and operating frameworks.

Details
Challenge
understanding and owning the new strategy at every level and in every area, and channelling the knowledge already present in the organization into leadership decisions
For whom
the company’s leaders and employees, at every level and in every area
What you gain
a clear picture of how people understand and experience the change, and what they need to deliver effectively, with sustainable results
Format
Shared Reality Design process with the AI Insight Explorer

The challenge

Change works when people at every level and in every area of the organization understand and own the shared goal, and clearly see their own place and role in it. For leaders, the key is to see where people are in understanding the goals and adapting, and what they need for effective, sustainable results.

What we did

I developed the AI Insight Explorer for exactly this situation and use it as part of my Shared Reality Design methodology. Based on employees’ responses, the tool makes visible where perspectives meet and where they differ, and what people need. This provides common ground for leadership decisions and next steps.

Client project

Private healthcare centre – service + organizational design

I supported the launch of a premium private healthcare centre, connecting service development and organizational development with a coaching mindset and an agile approach.

“People with people, for people.”

Challenge
a business plan without an organizational design, and a leadership team to be built from scratch, while the goal was to map out the main patient journey
For whom
the owner and the managing director, then the 10-person team
What you gain
a shared purpose, vision and values, working norms for communication and conflict resolution, and a team that works in alignment from day one
Format
leadership development, then 3 one-day workshops with the team

The challenge

We started with a twofold challenge. The owner’s business plan did not cover the design of the organization, while in a knowledge-based business the biggest risk is exactly whether you can start with a team that works effectively towards a shared goal. The request was for service design, but the organization also had to be built from scratch: forging a leadership team of senior nurses recruited from public care, while the goal was to jointly map out the core service, the main patient journey.

What we did

After leadership development with the owner and the managing director, we worked with the 10-person team in three one-day workshops. The aim was to align service quality and team functioning before the opening.

What we worked on in the workshops

  • tuning in: what I bring, what I expect
  • a shared future, purpose and vision
  • pride stories for a shared identity
  • a value tree for everyday decisions
  • communication norms and conflict resolution principles, based on the SCARF model
  • Superpower map: who is strong at what, and why it matters for the team

Results

A jointly formulated purpose, vision and values, fewer misunderstandings and less friction, faster decisions, and a team preparing for the launch confidently and in alignment.

Client project

SME leadership development

Leadership training for the managers of a Hungarian automated equipment manufacturer and service network belonging to an international group, working with the participants’ real cases. Main topics: leadership effectiveness, building standardized processes, giving feedback and handling conflict.

Challenge
sudden, rapid growth: balancing day-to-day operations with processes that support innovation and development
For whom
the managers of a Hungarian automated equipment manufacturer and service network
What you gain
more consistent and effective leadership, clear and unified processes, and more confident feedback and conflict handling in everyday work
Format
2 × 1 day with practical assignments in between; learning to operate as a learning organization

The challenge

In a young, fast-growing Hungarian company of an international group, scaling suddenly accelerated. The task was to create balance: alongside day-to-day operations and ever-growing market demand, processes supporting innovation and development also needed room.

Two key results

  • clearly identifying, following and communicating leadership routines
  • handling difficult leadership conversations more effectively

The programme

  • Day 1: the desired way of leading, what already works well, giving feedback, following and communicating routines
  • Between the two days: trying out one concrete leadership step and observing the noticeable changes
  • Day 2: processing the experiences, delegation, managing priorities, building learning and adaptation into everyday operations

At the close, everyone leaves with a next step, an owner, a deadline and a shared review date. To prepare, participants bring real situations in which something worked better than usual.

Client project

Career Design coaching – individual client

Individual coaching with a previously successful entrepreneur who returned to a full-time leadership role during COVID and was looking for balance between work, own projects and private life.

  • Coaching
Details
Challenge
it was hard to choose between many parallel projects and commitments, while the goal was a good life: family, health, quality of life
For whom
a leader with own business projects on the side
What you gain
a personal system of priorities after a single session, used to weigh decisions and next steps
Format
Career Design coaching with the Life–Project–Focus Map; one joint session, then independent work

The challenge

The client was a successful entrepreneur who, choosing security during COVID, returned to full-time employment in a leadership role. Their own projects remained, and it was hard to find balance between work, business building and private life. They wanted to live well, financially and in quality of life, which for them means family and a healthy life. Choosing between the many projects was difficult.

What we did

I developed the Life–Project–Focus Map for exactly this situation. After a single joint session, the client took the tool with them and independently worked out their own system of priorities.

Result

They used it to weigh their decisions: which projects to choose, and how to move forward.

For whom
members of the Go Beyond DO!Go! OrgDesigners and SolutionSurfers Hungary Coach alumni communities
What you gain
a shared professional day where the two communities could get to know each other and explore how they can strengthen each other
Format
a volunteer organizing team without a leader or assigned roles; advice process and consent-based decision-making

The challenge

Bringing two separate alumni communities closer: how the two solution-focused communities can support and strengthen each other.

How we worked

As a volunteer organizing team, without a leader or assigned roles. We took on responsibility voluntarily, task by task, and made decisions through an advice process and on a consent basis.

  • formulating a shared purpose
  • programme design and communication with a service design mindset
  • a roadmap with milestones, short-term goals and task owners
  • Miro board, backlog, weekly sync meeting, retrospectives
  • short-term planning, continuous learning and adaptation

We also explored the participants’ responses with the SRD AI Insight Explorer.
