Eszter Somossy
For 20+ years I have worked with service and organization design in business, civic and public-sector settings, for the past decade mostly in IT, at both the structural and the individual level. My work connects Organization Design, agile ways of working and a coaching mindset.
I help make different interests and perspectives understandable even in complex situations, so that stakeholders find enough common ground and resources to move forward, and change works in practice.
