Services

We can work together on important matters in your organization or business, on leadership and professional challenges, and on your personal decisions and changes.

We always adapt the form of our work to the situation: an organization design and change process, coaching, mentoring, a workshop or a training.

With organizations and leaders

Service

Want to make a complex change succeed?

I help you discover and use as a resource what already works well, and find common ground for making change happen. Together we shape the processes and the collaborating system: the organization. I also pass on the mindset and the method, so you can move forward on your own with a richer toolkit.

    Details

    A lot of knowledge and experience is already there in the organization — just not always in the same place. Leaders, teams, experts, customers and partners may see the same situation differently, and these very differences can hold important information.

    I help you bring this knowledge together and use it: understand what is happening and what you can build on, find enough common ground, and shape what works in your own situation.

    We can work together, for example, if

    • something important isn’t progressing the way you’d like;
    • you see the situation or the possible direction in different ways;
    • you want to create something new or rethink something existing;
    • you’d like to better understand the perspective of customers, partners or other stakeholders;
    • you are designing new ways of operating, collaborating, roles or decision-making.

    How do we work?

    We work with what you already have: your knowledge, experience, different perspectives, strengths and what already works.

    What you create should truly be yours — and what you learn along the way, you can keep using and developing on your own.

    AI Tool

    SRD AI Insight Explorer

    An AI agent I developed that quickly shows where perspectives meet and where they differ, from a handful of respondents to several thousand.

    • SRD + AI

    Try the demo

    Details
    For whom
    If, in your organization, as a leader or in a professional community, you want to understand many stakeholders’ perspectives before a change.
    What you gain
    patterns, intersections and differences surfaced almost in real time; anyone can ask the agent directly about the results
    Format
    custom-built for your own questions and data; with a demo to try

    What can such an agent do?

    • it reveals where perspectives meet and where they differ, which needs and opportunities emerge, and what can be built on together
    • it makes large volumes of text and numerical responses usable almost in real time
    • it works only from validated, submitted data, and anyone can ask it directly about the results
    • it does not do the meaning-making for you: interpretation, decisions and creating common ground remain with people

    How is it built?

    From defining the question and the stakeholders, through collecting inputs, the Evidence Library and the workflow, to configuring and testing the agent. I teach the same process in the SRD + AI workshop.

    Where I have used it so far

    • in the strategic and organizational change of a global company in a strictly regulated industry, to support understanding and ownership of the shared goal
    • in civic and professional communities of a few dozen people, to understand each other better, e.g. at the SF Joint Alumni Open Space with the SolutionSurfers Hungary Coach and Go Beyond DO!Go! OrgDesigners alumni communities (September 2026)

      We can work together, for example, if

      • you are facing an important professional or personal decision;
      • you are in the middle of change or looking for a new direction;
      • you are preparing for a new role or your next professional step;

        Shared Reality Design with AI

        A practical workshop on how to bring stakeholders’ different perspectives into shaping a change, and how to use AI for it. Held in Hungarian.

        • SRD + AI
        • Agile
        • Experiential Learning
        Details
        For whom
        If you work on change with organizations, teams or individuals.
        What you gain
        the Shared Reality Design method, which you can try out on your own project together with your own AI Insight Explorer.
        Format
        3 × 5 hours · online · small group

        This workshop is for you if you work on change with organizations, teams or individuals, and want to integrate AI meaningfully into your work.

        In the workshop you work on your own case: you design how to use Shared Reality Design and AI in it, and you can even build your own AI Insight Explorer to try out in a real situation.

        Along the way you experience how different perspectives, intersections and differences can be surfaced, how enough common ground can be created from them to move forward, and where AI adds real value in this process.

        From your own case to an SRD + AI solution you can test. The agile way.

        3 × 5 hours, 3 online sessions

        Next planned sessions: Friday 15 January 2027 — Friday 29 January — Friday 5 February (CET)

        Fee: HUF 220,000 per person for the full 15-hour programme

        During the workshop you work on your own case: you design where and how SRD and AI can add value in your work, which question you start from, whose perspectives and which inputs you need.

        I show you how to build your own AI Insight Explorer: from collecting inputs, through the Evidence Library and workflow, to setting up and testing the AI agent.

        Between sessions you build your own solution and try it out in a real situation. In the next session you develop it further, learning from your experience and the group’s different perspectives.

        We work in an agile way: we move in small, meaningful steps, test hypotheses, gather evidence and feedback, and shape the next step from them.

        • 3 afternoons of experiential learning in a professional community
        • Your own case, your own SRD + AI design
        • Your own AI Insight Explorer to build and test
        • Learning from real experiments and from each other’s experience
        • A method you can apply on your own afterwards
        1

        THE SRD EXPERIENCE

        You experience Shared Reality Design first-hand: how different perspectives, intersections and differences become visible, how we can create enough Common Ground from them to move forward, and how AI can help.

        We explore, make sense together and choose the next meaningful step. Along the way we also look at what is worth entrusting to AI, and where human meaning-making and decisions are needed.

        What you take home: a situation of your own and a first question on which to try SRD and the AI Insight Explorer.

        2

        DESIGN & BUILD

        You design your SRD + AI solution on your own case: what you want to make possible, which question you start from, whose perspectives matter, which inputs you need, and where AI can add value.

        You design your own AI Insight Explorer, and I show you live how to build a simple working solution.

        Then you build your own version and try it out in a small, real experiment.

        What you take home: your own SRD + AI concept and a concrete experiment.

        3

        CASE CLINIC & ADAPTATION

        We learn from your own cases and experiments: what actually happened, what worked, what surprised you, where you got stuck, and what the evidence shows.

        Using the group’s different perspectives, questions and feedback, you refine your approach and choose what to try next.

        What you take home: an improved solution and your next experiment, ready to apply in your own work.

        International company – strategic and organizational change

        Format
        Shared Reality Design process with the AI Insight Explorer

        The challenge

        Change works when people at every level and in every area of the organization understand and own the shared goal, and clearly see their own place and role in it. For leaders, the key is to see where people are in understanding the goals and adapting, and what they need for effective, sustainable results.

        What we did

        I developed the AI Insight Explorer for exactly this situation and use it as part of my Shared Reality Design methodology. Based on employees’ responses, the tool makes visible where perspectives meet and where they differ, and what people need. This provides common ground for leadership decisions and next steps.

        Details
        Challenge
        a business plan without an organizational design, and a leadership team to be built from scratch, while the goal was to map out the main patient journey
        For whom
        the owner and the managing director, then the 10-person team
        What you gain
        a shared purpose, vision and values, working norms for communication and conflict resolution, and a team that works in alignment from day one
        Format
        leadership development, then 3 one-day workshops with the team

        The challenge

        We started with a twofold challenge. The owner’s business plan did not cover the design of the organization, while in a knowledge-based business the biggest risk is exactly whether you can start with a team that works effectively towards a shared goal. The request was for service design, but the organization also had to be built from scratch: forging a leadership team of senior nurses recruited from public care, while the goal was to jointly map out the core service, the main patient journey.

        What we did

        After leadership development with the owner and the managing director, we worked with the 10-person team in three one-day workshops. The aim was to align service quality and team functioning before the opening.

        What we worked on in the workshops

        • tuning in: what I bring, what I expect
        • a shared future, purpose and vision
        • pride stories for a shared identity
        • a value tree for everyday decisions
        • communication norms and conflict resolution principles, based on the SCARF model
        • Superpower map: who is strong at what, and why it matters for the team

        Results

        A jointly formulated purpose, vision and values, fewer misunderstandings and less friction, faster decisions, and a team preparing for the launch confidently and in alignment.

        The challenge

        In a young, fast-growing Hungarian company of an international group, scaling suddenly accelerated. The task was to create balance: alongside day-to-day operations and ever-growing market demand, processes supporting innovation and development also needed room.

        Two key results

        • clearly identifying, following and communicating leadership routines
        • handling difficult leadership conversations more effectively

        The programme

        • Day 1: the desired way of leading, what already works well, giving feedback, following and communicating routines
        • Between the two days: trying out one concrete leadership step and observing the noticeable changes
        • Day 2: processing the experiences, delegation, managing priorities, building learning and adaptation into everyday operations

        At the close, everyone leaves with a next step, an owner, a deadline and a shared review date. To prepare, participants bring real situations in which something worked better than usual.

Their own projects remained, and it was hard to find balance between work, business building and private life. They wanted to live well, financially and in quality of life, which for them means family and a healthy life. Choosing between the many projects was difficult.

        What we did

        I developed the Life–Project–Focus Map for exactly this situation. After a single joint session, the client took the tool with them and independently worked out their own system of priorities.

        Result

        They used it to weigh their decisions: which projects to choose, and how to move forward.
