I work with organizations, leaders and individuals when something important needs to be understood, changed or created. Choose where you are coming from:
For organizations and leaders
Want to make a complex change succeed?
A lot of knowledge and experience is already there in the organization, just not always in the same place. I help make it visible, find common ground, and design together the way of working that works in your situation. I pass on the method, so you can carry it forward without me.
We can work together, for example, if something important isn’t progressing the way you’d like; you see the situation in different ways; you’d like to create a new service, team or way of working; or you’d like to understand your customers’ and partners’ perspectives better.
We can work together in three steps – you can start with any of them.
Step 1
Shared baseline assessment
Leaders, employees and customers experience the same organizational reality differently. With a short survey, we gather their perspectives, use the AI Insight Explorer to find where they agree and where they differ, and then decide together in a leadership workshop where it is worth starting. The AI shows the patterns; interpretation and decisions remain yours.
organizations and professional communities, from a handful of respondents to several thousand.
What can such an agent do?
it reveals where perspectives meet and where they differ, which needs and opportunities emerge, and what can be built on together
it makes large volumes of text and numerical responses usable almost in real time
it works only from validated, submitted data, and anyone can ask it directly about the results
it does not do the meaning-making for you: interpretation, decisions and creating common ground remain with people
How is it built?
From defining the question and the stakeholders, through collecting inputs, the Evidence Library and the workflow, to configuring and testing the agent. I teach the same process in the SRD + AI workshop.
Where I have used it so far
in the strategic and organizational change of a global company in a strictly regulated industry, to support understanding and ownership of the shared goal
in civic and professional communities of a few dozen people, to understand each other better, e.g. at the SF Joint Alumni Open Space with the SolutionSurfers Hungary Coach and Go Beyond DO!Go! OrgDesigners alumni communities (September 2026)
Step 2
Organization design and change support
Together with the people affected by the change, we design roles, decision-making, collaboration and processes. We move in small steps: we try things out, learn from them and adjust. I also support agile transformations, the launch of new teams, mergers and splits.

Life–Project–Focus Map
A five-page worksheet I use in life and career strategy coaching, which you can also complete on your own. In three steps, you map your life, your projects and your focus. If you’d like, we can work through it together in three coaching sessions.
If you are facing a career or life decision, or looking for focus among many projects, ideas and commitments.
What you gain
a clearer inner compass and a basis for your next steps, with your own Life, Project and Focus Maps
Format
5-page PDF canvas; we work through it in 3 coaching/mentoring sessions, or you use it on your own, at your own pace
A three-step, visually structured thinking space that makes your inner compass visible: your values, your wishes, your energy and the real role of your current projects.
Life Map: what matters to me now, what life do I want to build?
Project Map: how does this project affect the important areas of my life?
Focus Map: which project gives me energy, and which brings me closer to the life I want to build?
In the end, your projects fall into four groups: building blocks, ones to integrate, ones looking for connection, and energy vampires. For each, you get thought-provoking directions for moving forward.

What you gain
a broader view and practical tools for decisions aligned with your own goals, from the individual → team → organization/business perspective
I also run the programme pro bono on a Social Pay Forward basis. In that case we agree with the group in advance that participants will later pass on the value of the support they received to others, to a community or to an important cause, in a way that is meaningful to them.
For professionals
Do you work with organizations, teams or individuals on change?
I pass on what I have tried and tested in practice to coaches, agile professionals, HR and organization development specialists, and leaders. We work with your own questions and real situations, so you can use what you learn right away.
Workshop
Shared Reality Design with AI
A practical workshop on bringing different stakeholders’ perspectives into change with the help of AI. You try out SRD, design and build your own SRD + AI solution and AI Insight Explorer, then adapt it to your own situation in a case clinic. Held in Hungarian.
SRD + AI
Agile
Experiential Learning
Details
For whom
If you work on change with organizations, teams or individuals.
What you gain
the Shared Reality Design method, which you can try out on your own project together with your own AI Insight Explorer.
Format
3 × 5 hours · online · small group
This workshop is for you if you work on change with organizations, teams or individuals, and want to integrate AI meaningfully into your work.
In the workshop you work on your own case: you design how to use Shared Reality Design and AI in it, and you can even build your own AI Insight Explorer to try out in a real situation.
Along the way you experience how different perspectives, intersections and differences can be surfaced, how enough common ground can be created from them to move forward, and where AI adds real value in this process.
From your own case to an SRD + AI solution you can test. The agile way.
Founding group – starting in January
The January group is the first group of the SRD + AI workshop. I will develop the programme and the method further from the participants’ experience, so founding participants become co-creators of the programme.
Founding price: HUF 145,000 until 30 November (list price: HUF 220,000)
What you get in addition: an individual 50-minute conversation to support your experiment between the 2nd and 3rd session, and access to the next version of the methodology.
What I ask of you: brief feedback after each session and a 30-minute closing conversation in February.
Application deadline: 18 December 2026
3 × 5 hours, 3 online sessions
Next planned sessions: Friday 8 January 2027 — Friday 29 January — Friday 5 February (CET)
Fee: HUF 220,000 per person for the full 15-hour programme
During the workshop you work on your own case: you design where and how SRD and AI can add value in your work, which question you start from, whose perspectives and which inputs you need.
I show you how to build your own AI Insight Explorer: from collecting inputs, through the Evidence Library and workflow, to setting up and testing the AI agent.
Between sessions you build your own solution and try it out in a real situation. In the next session you develop it further, learning from your experience and the group’s different perspectives.
We work in an agile way: we move in small, meaningful steps, test hypotheses, gather evidence and feedback, and shape the next step from them.
3 afternoons of experiential learning in a professional community
Your own case, your own SRD + AI design
Your own AI Insight Explorer to build and test
Learning from real experiments and from each other’s experience
A method you can apply on your own afterwards
1
THE SRD EXPERIENCE
You experience Shared Reality Design first-hand: how different perspectives, intersections and differences become visible, how we can create enough Common Ground from them to move forward, and how AI can help.
We explore, make sense together and choose the next meaningful step. Along the way we also look at what is worth entrusting to AI, and where human meaning-making and decisions are needed.
What you take home: a situation of your own and a first question on which to try SRD and the AI Insight Explorer.
2
DESIGN & BUILD
You design your SRD + AI solution on your own case: what you want to make possible, which question you start from, whose perspectives matter, which inputs you need, and where AI can add value.
You design your own AI Insight Explorer, and I show you live how to build a simple working solution.
Then you build your own version and try it out in a small, real experiment.
What you take home: your own SRD + AI concept and a concrete experiment.
3
CASE CLINIC & ADAPTATION
We learn from your own cases and experiments: what actually happened, what worked, what surprised you, where you got stuck, and what the evidence shows.
Using the group’s different perspectives, questions and feedback, you refine your approach and choose what to try next.
What you take home: an improved solution and your next experiment, ready to apply in your own work.
What to bring
A situation from your own work (a team, a client or an organization) where several people see the same thing in different ways, and you are looking for common ground to move forward. Between 29 January and 5 February you run a small experiment on this situation.
Do I need AI experience?
No programming knowledge is needed. We build the AI Insight Explorer together in the second session. You will need an AI tool in which you can set up an assistant based on your own materials, for example Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT or Claude. We choose the one that suits you best together after you apply.
Confidential information
We work on real situations, so the programme includes a simple guide on how to anonymize and handle confidential information when you work with an AI tool.
Would your company pay?
I am happy to invoice your company and to provide a short description of what the organization gains from your participation.
Frequently asked questions
How big is the group?
At most 10 people, so that there is time for everyone’s experiment.
What if the group does not start?
I decide whether the group starts after the 18 December deadline. If it does not start, you can choose between a refund of the fee and moving to the next group.
I’m not sure it’s for me.
Book a free 25-minute conversation and we’ll look at it together.
Individually or with your team, on these topics: organization design, agile mindset and practice, leadership and collaboration approaches, coaching and a solution-focused approach.
